The temperatures here in VA are record breaking. Despite the weather, my siblings, mom and I still had a yard sale. We were extremely busy and did pretty good. After being in the hot sun all morning/afternoon, I came home, showered and went to dinner with my boyfriend. My sister had given us a coupon for Ruby Tuesday, buy one get one free. Doing Atkins is tough! I normally try to eat a healthy, low carb diet but restricting my diet to less than 20 net carbs per day is really giving me a challenge.
